We are excited to announce a Yoga class tailored for both kids and parents bring held at Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre.

This class is held every Monday at 4:30pm and Sundays at 9:00am, for 30 minutes, and is a refreshing addition to your weekly routine.

With a maximum of 16 participants per session, the class ensures an intimate setting, allowing for personalised attention and guidance from our experienced Yoga instructors.

What sets this class apart is its inclusivity – parents are not just welcome; their presence is a must.
