Brand new Functional Training

Our refreshed 360 functional training classes are here! Each session runs for 40 minutes and is led by our qualified trainers. Classes follow an eight‑week program to help you build strength, fitness and endurance. Spaces are limited to keep groups small and supportive and all fitness levels are welcome. Power Up

Lift your heart rate and build explosive strength! You’ll move through powerful cardio bursts and controlled strength work, with body‑weight challenges that keep you engaged. This session focuses on quick efforts, sharp movements and pushing your fitness further each time you train.

Strength Mode

Blends strong, controlled lifts with fast, functional movements. You’ll work through upper and lower body exercises that build full‑body strength, improve power and keep you moving with purpose. Our trainers will support you at any level, guide you in choosing the right weights and help you feel more confident on the gym floor.

Build and Burn

All about lifting strong and feeling the burn. You’ll work through controlled, functional movements using a variety of equipment including kettlebells and sandbags, plus cardio to lift your heart rate. Each workout is designed to build strength, challenge your muscles and push your fitness to the next level.
