Swim Squads timetable

Group of squad swimmers dive into the 50m pool at Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre

Squad programs will pause for the summer holidays from Sunday 21 December 2025.

Bronze, Silver Gold and Platinum Squads will pause for two weeks and will restart on Monday 5 January 2026.

Junior Dolphin and Blue Squads will pause for three weeks and resume on Monday 12 January 2026.

Our partnership with City of Sydney Aquatic Club (COSAC) offers the opportunity for swimmers to compete at local, state and national swimming events.
