What accessible facilities are available?*

City Access Card
Access cards are available to enjoy at a reduced entry fee at our aquatic and fitness centres for:
City of Sydney residents
Dependants 16 years and under who live with eligible low-income owners

You must also be one of the following:
A holder of a valid Commonwealth Health Care Card, a Pensioner Concession Card or Seniors Health Card (not a Seniors Card)
Assessed as suffering financial hardship
An asylum seeker or refugee living in the City of Sydney.
Non-City of Sydney local government area residents can apply for an access card to use at our aquatic and fitness centres during off-peak times only. Off-peak times are:
Weekdays: 8am to 3pm and 7pm to close
Weekends: 1pm to close
To apply for a City Access Card, complete the application form available to download via the link below, and return it to any City of Sydney Customer Service Centre.
Exercise Physiology
Exercise Physiology is suitable for anyone who has sustained an injury or medical condition that can be improved with exercise treatment or management.
Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to help deliver effective and safe exercise interventions to those who may be living with acute or chronic injury and illness.
Access Key
In partnership with , our Access Keys offer a stepped guide of our centres, highlighting accessible features and providing essential information on what to expect when visiting.
The Access Key information guide provides information, prediction, structure, orientation, and sensory integration to help visitors with Autism, cognitive disability, intellectual disability, dementia, and Alzheimer’s to familiarise themselves with the facility and plan their journey ahead of time, online.
The Access Key is offered in full colour including contextualised photographs as well as being offered in a large print text only format. Access Ability Australia have partnered with Vision Australia to bring you Access Keys in alternate formats. The text only Access Key has been formatted for people with low vision or who are blind and use assistive technology to access documentation.
