Golden rules to follow in our fitness centres

  • Towel

    All patrons training in the fitness centre must have a towel with them.

  • Wipe

    Wipe down all equipment after use.

  • Hydrate

    Stay hydrated and refill your water bottle.

  • Limit screen time during gym time

    Please be courteous to other patrons who may be waiting to use machines or equipment.
