Women’s Health Week (7 to 11 September) is a national event that highlights the importance of women’s health and wellbeing.
During the week, our centres will host a range of workshops and activities exploring key health topics for women. These sessions will focus on practical ways to support your physical and mental wellbeing, even when life feels busy or unpredictable.
This year’s theme, ‘Do it anyway’ encourages women, girls and gender-diverse people to make their health a priority through small, achievable actions. Whether it's finding time for movement, getting more rest or learning something new, every positive choice can make a difference.
Explore what’s on at our City of Sydney aquatic and fitness centres below. Be sure to register and join us for a workshop or activity that’s right for you. It’s one small step towards investing in your health and wellbeing.
