Ready to make a splash with your little one?

Splish Splash is a free, gentle water play program for babies aged 3 to 6 months and their parents or carers*.

Starting at Cook + Phillip Park Pool, Gunyama Park, and Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre from Saturday 11 October, these 30-minute sessions offer a fun, safe introduction to water, led by qualified instructors.

Why start swim time so early?

The first few months of life are an incredible time for learning. Starting water play from 3 months can help your baby:

• Feel calm, safe, and confident in water

• Develop coordination and motor skills through gentle movement

• Bond deeply with you through shared play

• Prepare for future swim lessons with a strong, positive foundation

Splish Splash helps your little one grow comfortable in the water - and sets them up beautifully for our Learn to Swim program from 6 months onward.
