Our adult learn to swim program caters to all abilities and is tailored to meet your individual needs. Boost your fitness with resistance exercises, improve joint mobility, and enhance your swimming skills and water confidence.

Our Adult Learn to Swim program offers Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes across our centres. Lessons run for 30 minutes within the times listed below. Spots are limited, so to secure your place or ask about private 1:1 lessons.
