Now is the perfect time to rediscover your favourite exercise classes or try something completely new.
With our regular group exercise timetable resuming on Monday 19 January 2026, there’s plenty to look forward to in the weeks ahead.
We’re excited to introduce Aqua Zumba at Gunyama Park Aquatic & Recreation Centre from Tuesday 3 February! This high-energy, low-impact workout combines Zumba dance styles like salsa and merengue with the resistance and buoyancy of water for a fun, full-body session suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Often described as a 'dance party in the pool', Aqua Zumba will feature on our group exercise timetable Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12 to 12:45pm.
SwimFit will return for the new year from Monday 12 January, offering instructor-led aquatic workouts designed to help you build fitness, confidence and technique in the water. It’s ideal for all abilities, whether you’re returning to exercise or looking for low-impact cross-training.
At Cook + Phillip Park Pool, the remains a true standout! Blending fresh air with functional, high-energy workouts, this outdoor fitness playground pairs dynamic movement with expert coaching. With a full timetable of studio-style classes, training stays varied, social, and seriously motivating.
For parents, is an exercise group that makes staying active easier than ever. With supervised care for little ones, you can enjoy classes designed specifically for parents - from strength and conditioning to gentle recovery - without the stress of juggling schedules.
There’s even more on the horizon, with new programs rolling out soon including Les Mills HEAVY, Reformer Stretch, Tai Chi, and expanded Aqua classes. Plus, get ready for our revamped 360 functional small group training program coming soon.
“As a program, we’re incredibly proud of the variety we offer - strength, cardio, mind-body, aqua and GOLD classes for those aged 55+,” says James Lu, Group Fitness Manager. “There truly are classes for everyone, whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years.”
James adds, “Regular group fitness isn’t just about physical results - it builds routine, confidence and community. When people move together, they stay motivated and consistent.”
One membership. Endless ways to move. And there’s never been a better time to get started.
